Dr. Robert Bridge,
director
Monday 3:00-5:00
Gordon room G202j

Rehearsal Times Monday 3:00 to 5:00 and various sectionals TBA. All rehearsals will begin promptly. Please prepare your set-ups earlier in the day.
Attendance Just don't miss rehearsal. In a group this small, it is very difficult to have an effective rehearsal without everybody present. If you know that you are going to have to miss for a school related event (tour, etc.) please let me know well in advance. If you are ill, please notify me as soon as possible. Absences will only be excused with a note from the health center or your doctor.
Expectations You will be given specific assignments concerning your parts. It is very important that you meet or exceed the requirements of these assignments. You and your colleagues will not benefit fully from the ensemble if everyone does not come to rehearsal prepared. Also, you will be expected to act professionally at all times during the rehearsal. Be attentive when others are being addressed. Be quiet, and be interested. Always have the correct implements at each rehearsal, and always have a pencil.
Use and Care of the Music Proper use and care of the music is expected. Keep your music in a folder, mark it with pencil only, and return it in the same condition that you received it. Music is collected at the first rehearsal following each concert.
Concert Dress Proper concert dress is required of all members of the ensemble at all concerts.
Recently, we have adopted “jeans and black shirt” as our concert garb. If there is any question, please see me.
Grading Policy A grade will be given for each rehearsal based upon the criteria stated above. You will also receive a grade for your concert performance.
Daily preparation--40%
Concert performance--60%
Good luck this year and let's enjoy every moment that we have to make music together!
