Background Information
Education:
I received my B.S. degree in Mathematics (Cum Laude and Pi Mu Epsilon Mathematics Honors Society)
in 1993 from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Fredonia. I began my graduate work in
Mathematics at Bowling Green State University in Ohio but decided to take
some time off to study Philosophy.
After earning a B.A. degree in Philosophy (Department Scholar Award, Alpha Chi National Honors
Society) in 1996 from SUNY Brockport and doing a little graduate work in
Philosophy, I completed my M.A. degree in Mathematics from SUNY Brockport in 1999.

Basketball Teams. I have also been an assistant coach for St. Mary’s Academy parochial
league basketball team (2007-2008 season, grades 5/6), Liverpool Optimist
basketball (through 2012, grades 2/3, 4/5, 6/7/8), and St. Rose
summer prep basketball (2009, 2012, grades 7/8/9).
