Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies seized drug manufacturing equipment and paraphernalia

Two locations--Seized 64 ounces of methamphetamine from a residence in Van Buren.

Arrests: Three people--three-day period ending Wednesday

First problem: Sheriff's deputies responded to a domestic violence call at 1536 Yellow Tavern Road, Van Buren, early Monday

Observed chemicals used in a methamphetamine lab.

Charged resident Mary Mae Marcus, 29, with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marcus was being held in the Public Safety Building in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

Charged Frank A. Sobel, 32, with misdemeanor criminal mischief and reckless endangerment, and harassment--being held in the Public Safety Building in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

Also charged: Dennis D. Sobel, 27, 23 Bird House Lane, Clay. "Part of ring"--D'Eredita

Dennis Sobel arrest Wednesday--same bail.

Ricardo, 33, also known as Teddy Pierre, being held without bail in the Public Safety Building

Dead were: Thomas Ryan, 50 (massive head injuries), and Claire Stone, 46 (Ricardo's former lover--two gunshot wounds)

Firefighters were called to Stone's house (12 Hope Ave, Syracuse) after a fire was reported about 8:35 p.m, Jan. 23. They discovered the bodies on the first floor.
