Here are some tools that I'm finding very helpful:
- Toodledo - Manage my tasks - works especially well with David Allen's "Getting Things Done" methods, and connects with all the other tools I need. I use their iPhone app, and I use TaskAngel on the PC, which syncs to it.
- Google Calendar - I use add-ons to automatically sync this to my Thunderbird calendar at home, and my Exchange calender at work, so they're all up to date. It can also show my task due dates from Nozbe.
